So far, I've previewed all the workouts and done parts of CoreMax, LowMax, KickMax and Imax 3, and all of Gym Style BS&B and Legs. I am really impressed with the Gym Style workouts, and I am really enjoying the band work (well, maybe enjoying is not the right word!
). I love the step combos in LowMax and Imax 3 -- the twirly stuff is definitely my thing. That leg work at the end of KickMax is killer -- I did that on Monday and was still sore last night!
