It's almost a year now since I started working out with your tapes and just had to thank you! I just finished 12 weeks of PS and started S&H last week. I noticed my arms were looking much much better but what surprised me was that my core feels stronger. Don't think there was core work in PS so it must have been gravy from the series and the other cardio workouts you have. I felt really inspired and started adding some Pilates and more power yoga to really round out the program.
I haven't lost a lot of weight scale-wise but people seem to think I do and my clothes from last year are too loose to wear now. I can squat more weight and can survive a full cardio class with you now! Plus what I think is beautiful has shifted from skinny to wanting delts and actually liking muscle. It must be from staring at how amazing you look in S&H and in PH that's done that! Hope your new workouts end up in my DVD player ASAP! Thanks again!!!
