Cathe, I need rotation help.

Hi Cathe, I know you are really busy right now with the new series, but I was hoping you could give me some rotation help in anticipation of the new Hardcore Series. I've been in kind of in a funk over the last couple of months due to my father dying and a job status change. I've been working out, but not like I used to and I need to start slow.

I'm beginning with your beginner/intermediate rotation that you posted for this month, but would like an idea of how to build up from there to be ready for the new series. I own all of your DVDs and would appreciate any help at all.

how do you like so far the beginner/intermediate rotation. how is the scultping part, is it challenging?

I actually just started the rotation this week and I've only done the upper body workout once. I actually liked it. I don't have bands and had to use hand weights. I need to go heavier next time as I wasn't sure what weights to use. It will not surprise me if my chest is sore tomorrow as there are plenty of chest flies. I'll be doing the lower body work on Friday for the first time and cant' comment on that one yet.
