Cathe, I couldn't resist.... your newest w/o video

Cathlete
OK, I bumped the CNN Cathe article so you'll get the premise behind my big announcement regarding Cathe's newest video...BIG NEWS...get ready for Grocery Max!!!!

Are we ready...no time for down time...so grab your coupons and more and let's hit the store!!!

After a warm up in the parking lot...we hit the produce aisle for the banana case bench press...give me about 20 of these, but be careful not to slide on the grapes!!..

Then it's time for cardio as we sprint the length of the vitamin aisle, jumping over those silly little displays that you always end up crashing your cart into!!

A few aisles down, it's the snack aisle, but not for us...for us it's cookies, chips, and tricep dips...no french onion going on here!!

More cardio as we hit the pasta aisle and after kindly asking the group of 10 who simply must use this shopping time to reminisce right in front of the Barilla Plus that you're dying to try..since they won't move, simply hurdle them...and snag the Barilla on the way by...very good for you.

Think it's over??? Wanna bet?? What about the family pet?? It's time to put the "arm" in Arm & Hammer Cat Litter, with a combination bicep and hammer curl.

At this point it's time to check out...but for a bonus burn...we wait by the express line for the first person to show up with over 15 items and simply won't leave. Betcha they'll think twice after we toss them right out the door, before they can even check out!!

Of course...wouldn't be Cathe-style without premixes...

Household sponges and front lunges

Kickbacks and Snackpacks

Don't delay, order today!!

You're so funny, Jerry. I have already followed Cathe's CNN advice and used a basket instead of a cart at Trader Joe's yesterday. Not only did I get in a couple of bicep curls, I also managed to only buy the three things I went in there for. That's gotta be a first! So this new Cathe workout is good on the wallet too.

Can we have cart races too???
And a few laps around the perimeter where all the healthy food is kept ( so I hear)??? :D:D:D:D

LOL Jerry that's great! For those of us who are short, we also get in extra work climbing the shelves to reach what we want on the top shelf. Stores seem to know I need this work and regularly place items only on the top shelf just for me. I always go through the self checkout (love the new unlimited item ones) and load my bags really heavy. Amazing how much you can get in those reusable bags.

Jerry,

That is hilarious!:eek: I too am following Cathe's CNN advice.

:D:D:D Jerry, where do you come up with this stuff? Loved the premixes too. You are so funny as are all of the additional comments posted here. Thanks for the laugh and hmmmm, I just may try these workouts one day. If I due I'll be sure to post a You Tube clip of the training event...lol. Better yet, next tri-stater gathering we will meet at Shop Rite for class

That's simple, Cathe...it's called too much free time between laundry loads...wife is at work, we have no kids, and I'm relegated to household chores for the next couple of months as the hotel is closed for the season!:D
