Cathe, I am so SORE from PUB!!!!!!!!!

I did PUB last night using the same weight selection you use. During the heaviest weight segments, I really had to push myself to succeed ( I was quite verbal to get myself through). I felt my muscles working and thought I was doing really well. Afterwards the muscle soreness started which I thought was a good thing to a degree. Well, today I am in so much pain with muscle soreness that I can hardly dress myself!! I can feel my lats, biceps, triceps the most. I think the only muscles that don't hurt are my shoulders! I have been taking Ibuprofen consistently throughout the day! I only do PUB once or twice a month, but I do weight training every other day. Of course, PUB consists of many more reps working the same body part where other videos do not have as many reps. Do I need to do this workout more often. Is this a good thing to have such extreme soreness? It must be working!
 
Wait until tomorrow, heh heh! The first time I did PUB, my biceps were sooo sore the next day, and the day after, I kept massaging them to work out the soreness.
 
Oh I remember when I first did this for the first time oh mine are you in for a treat for the next few days}( but it is good. I wonder why your in such soreness after doing this for a while. I guess maybe because you went heavier or you haven't done this in a while. I did this this morning and use all the same weight as Cathe too except for the bicep which I think I will never do.This is one of my favorite upper body workout beside ME.
