I got back on Friday and am now ready to get caught up. I did the trip without my family but at least was able to visit my sister for an extra day while out there. Take Care

I live in Orlando and work at the aerospace company located down the street from the convention center. I was tempted to see if I could meet you to thank you and get a couple of my DVD's autographed but, alas, work got in the way and I couldn't get there. I don't know how in the world I would have found you anyway. It looked like there were hundreds of vendors.
I found your website about 2.5 years ago when I was looking for a solution to my body changing. I was packing on fat due to a slowing metabolism brought on by peri-menopause. Pure cardio just wasn't working like it used to. Because of your videos/DVD's and some hard work on my part, my body has been transformed.
I was immediately drawn to you because I am also a Jersey girl (Newark) and on the petite side (5'0"). Being short with an Italian heritage, I have found I must exercise. The weight training has certainly put the fun back in it for me. Thank you so much!
