I was wondering if you could help me get my fitness level back up? I used to be pretty fit. Thanks to you . But after being away from exercise for about 6 months, my fitness level has suffered greatly.
I was wondering if you could make a rotation to get me back in shape?
Thought I should probably tell you which videos I have:

Intensity Series
Rhythmic Step
Power Hour
CTX Series (all except abs & uper body video)
Pure Strength
Body Max
Not to highjack your thread, Katia, but I'm in the same self-induced pickle as you, and will be interested to hear Cathe's (or any) response. I only own Intensity series (so far), but expect to be ordering ALL Cathe's for the next---birthday, anniversary, Christmas......... AND, I'm going on 50 yrs old, to boot.
I have 'let the stuff go bad', as they say, and need a boost in the right direction. Can't wait to hear some advice.
