I just bought from Super Target "The Step total Body Sculping Program" for 49.99$. It's on Sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It came with Cathe's 3 Workout DVDs!

-Total Muscle Sculpting DVD and Total Cardio Step (Low Impact Step)+ Total Body Stretching
-Stability ball w/Pump
- two 3-lb. dumbeels
- medium resistance band
- The Step (4" and 6")

That is a great deal, but be careful becuase I think that is the short step and not the full size one that cathe uses. The reason I know is because I was searching around for one for my mom. I'm trying to make her a Catheite! Good Luck!

i didn't relaize that 'The Step' is only 11' x 25'. I am glad I didn't open the box! I thought with all the extra it was a good price? The DVDs alone on Cathe's website total 42.98$. Where did you buy one for your mom? I am totally pumped now!! Maybe I'll stick with my old "Step Reebok". Thanks for letting me know!

Hello again! Glad I could help! I found one for my mom at Dick's Sporting Goods. It was the original health club step and it was on sale for $79.99 and came with Cathe's Basic Step plus Cardio & Weights. I know it's a little pricier than the other one, but it is full size and very sturdy with the non-slip surface. I looked at Target's website, and they have it also.
I actually also have the Reebok step, but I love it. My husband found it at a garage sale for only $10, and it hadn't been used! I hope you find something that you are looking for!

This is good to start out with and then in a little while up grade. I did not buy the full step at first because of the price and I was just beggining I did not know if I was going to like it enough to keep up since I really believed it was torture.LOL!
