Cathe DVD has Programming Errors

Step Works is actually Chapter 1 (although it says Chapter 3) and Power Max is 3 (it says it's 1).

Also, the Titles in each Chapter are off by one. Chapter 1 is actually 2, and 2 is 3, and so on.

I finally figured the errors out though.

I just wanted to give you a heads up in case it hasn't been brought to your attention already.

Other than the technical problems, the DVD is really great.

Chapters are not meant to be used for pre-programing

This is a DVD 9 so there are several videos on one disc. The titles of the videos are not chapters.
Cardio Hits is layed out in chapters for each individual video. This is meant to be done by you using our menu sceens and selecting the chapters manually. If you do it this way you will find it works just fine.
Now, if you try to pre-program your DVD the chapters will not match ours. This is because your DVD player will regard each video title (and I think the intro) as a chapter. It really isn't, but that's how DVD's read. I'm also not sure if all DVD players will read in the same order.
If somebody would like to post a "pre-programing menu" I would greatly appreciate it and I will put it up on our website.

Thank You, Pam

I had the same problem and it was driving me nuts.

I finally figured out the Step Works is # 1 and Powermax is # 3 on the DVD. My titles are also off by one.

It looks like the DVD is in error. Either that or we all have the same DVD Player (which is not likely) since we all have encountered the same EXACT problems.

Thanks again, Pam

No problem at all, Valerie

Always glad to be of assistance...now go enjoy that DVD!
