Cathe, difference between PH & CTX weights?

Hello,
Is there a big difference between the endurance style of lifting in PH and CTX? I love your workouts and am constantly tortured trying to figure out which ones to get because I can't get all of them at the same time!
 
Hi Rachel! Yes, there is a difference in the endurance style of these two tapes. CTX spends about 10 to 13 minutes on one body part with about four different exercises and brief rests in between. Power Hour spends between 5 and 7 minutes on a body part yet never really takes a break (other than maybe one break for 5 to 10 seconds)in that time. If you want all out endurance, Power Hour is the way to go. Good Luck!
