Cathe...ctx Question

Hi Cathe

I have some of your videos but I'm newer to your videos.

The ctx series....my main goal is to done what I have maybe get a little more difined...but mainly I want to loose 10-15 lbs. Will this series help me with that goal...or do you recommend something else.

Also do you need barbell for this or can I use dumbells. Currently I have been firming but I do not use real heavy weight.

Thank you for you advice on which viedos to get.

Hi Tammy! You can use this series (with all dumbbells as a substitution if you wish, although I recommend a barbell for some variety) and reach your goals. However, you can also do your own various cardio activities about 5 times per week and do any other of my weight training series with it(PS, MIS, Slow & Heavy). Good Luck!
