Cathe, could you suggest a rotation?

Hi,

I was wondering if you could suggest a rotation aimed at decreasing the upper body size and increasing the lower body? I gain weight mostly in my torso and belly and have skinny legs. I have 1. PS series ( which I love )2. CTX 3. S&H 4. PH 5. most of the Blast series 6. Intensity series ( is that the IMAX 2 and ME and BC ? )
7. RS,Body and Power Max.

I run low mileage ( 15 miles/week and currently working on base building to increase that b/c I'm just starting out. I like doing strength training at home with dbs )and have a bit of extra weight to lose. Currently at 146 lbs at 5'4". I was happier at 130 lbs about a year ago.

I'd really love to hear any suggestions. Thanks!
