Cathe - can you help with a substitution?

Hi! I am recovering from a knee injury and am still weary of certain moves. Particularly, I am afraid of plie jacks, plyos, and those plie stomps that move forward in IMAX2 of the intensity series. What can I do instead that will give the same intensity and/or work? Thanks, Christine
 
Hi Christine! Sure, let's see. For interval #9 you can do 4 long hop turns across the step (like in interval7,I think) and then 8 airborn jumps on the floor(note: NOT airborn jacks). Do this for the same amount of sets that we are doing the other. So it's 4 long hop turns and 8 airborn jumps (6 sets)!

For interval 7 (the one where you do one step knee and 7 long hop turns, then 2 plyo jacks on the floor and two air jacks on the floor), you can do:
one step knee, 7 long hop turns, and 16 speed skaters (from Boot camp) for a total of three sets.
