Good Morning everyone!
I see a few didn't exercise yesterday and I didn't exercise today as planned. My body is sore from this weeks worth of exercises with Cathe. I need another rest day. I stretch ALL DAY LONG with these muscles
I should be getting some Turbo Jams Cardio within the next week or so. I can't wait to break up the routine. I need to do cardio 5 days a week so I will probably do 3 days step and 2 days non-step (TJ or Cathe Kickbox)
