Good Morning everyone,

Today I did another round of High Step Circuit and completed 90%. Those circuit trainings are tough but I like it:9 I also did 10 minutes of the stability ball and that really, really worked my abs. Chris, that's my mistake. I guess you can say I never heard of Jari Love:eek: I looked at the post after you mentioned it several times and started laughing. Everyone have a wonderful day!

Good morning all!

Ok, I didn't get up this morning. I don't think I could have worked out, even I did. I'm really sore. So, I HAVE to work out Friday AND Saturday. Then I'll have my four days in! I stayed up too late watching Lost. I had to tivo it because my DH had a meeting and we watched it late -- it was so good!

I agree with you Kimberly, I love the stability ball for abs. I love Core Max II just for that reason. I get so bored of crunches on the floor!

I didn't workout this morning either. I think I'll do slim series-cool it off tonight. It's an hour long stretching workout, but I feel like a rubberband afterwards.

Michelle-Why are you sore?
 
Hi All,

I didn't get up this morning either. I did do Intervals 1-3 of Cardio and Weights (35 min) last night. I don't like the 4th cardio section of that workout and it makes it hard to get through. I hope to get a 35- 45 minute session on the elliptical tonight.
