Cathe Beginner/Intermediate Check-In 11/15/05

Good Morning everyone,

Well this morning I did Cathe High Step Circuit. I completed through circuit #4. That is a good sweatin' pumpin' workout. Tomorrow is a rest day for me so I will do High Step Circuit again on Thursday. I need to let me muscles rest a little. Hopefully I will be able to complete the entire workout. Since doing the Cathe Beginner/Intermediate workouts my legs don't feel as jiggly. I knew there was a little muscle underneath all that fatty tissue in my legs
:) I think I need to continue with two days of High Step Circuit throughout next week and then add in Low Impact Step the following week. In January I planning on a totally different workout.

Belinda, congratulations on your 4 pound weight loss. That is so good!:) Keep up the good work! I think I will pull out out my Weight Watchers Book this week and start following it. I hope they start the program at my Job in January.

Hi Kimberly,

Do you mind if I join this check-in? I lost 14lbs since the end of July and have 50lbs more to go. I haven't exercised in the last 3 weeks and my eating has been totally unclean. The last 2 mornings I planned to get myself out of bed but just didn't. Tonight I need to start my workout routine again.

I could use you all's support!!! Sounds like everyone is doing great!

I think I'll do cardio section of All Step.

Good morning Kimberly! And good job on keeping this daily post going. Where were all you beginners yesterday!??? It was just me and Kimberly checking in.

So welcome Lori -- we need more gals on this thread!! We all need the motiviation to get up in the mornings! So every morning know that you need to get up and then check in with us. We are here to support you!!

Today is my rest day -- and I'm still checking in - I want to keep you gals honest. :) Also, because it is not just about getting up in the mornings but what we eat all day long. So I'm sitting here with my apple, knowing that I need to be good!! :)

So far today, I ate oatmeal with fresh blueberries and strawberries and 8 almonds. Unfortunately, I ate a snack size take5 candy bar and 1 hershey almond kiss too. No more junk for me today. Lunch will be curried pumkin soup and afternoon snack will be chunk light tuna with a few kashi crackers.

I know, I had all intentions on doing a workout last night. But then my new elliptical arrived and well of course I couldn't wait until the weekend to put it together:7 So elliptical tonight and cathe low-impact step tomorrow am.

It is written, it shall be done!

Hi everybody! I'm still here. Had an unexpected rest day yesterday because of a sick 5 year old. It will probably be Kick Punch & Crunch for me today -- I love that workout! Kimberly -- can you tell us more about what High Step Challenge is like?
