Good Morning everyone,
Well this morning I did Cathe High Step Circuit. I completed through circuit #4. That is a good sweatin' pumpin' workout. Tomorrow is a rest day for me so I will do High Step Circuit again on Thursday. I need to let me muscles rest a little. Hopefully I will be able to complete the entire workout. Since doing the Cathe Beginner/Intermediate workouts my legs don't feel as jiggly. I knew there was a little muscle underneath all that fatty tissue in my legs
I think I need to continue with two days of High Step Circuit throughout next week and then add in Low Impact Step the following week. In January I planning on a totally different workout.
Belinda, congratulations on your 4 pound weight loss. That is so good!
Keep up the good work! I think I will pull out out my Weight Watchers Book this week and start following it. I hope they start the program at my Job in January.
