those push-ups with the arm row featured in the Timesaver Bonus Footage sesries. For the life of me, I just can't figure out how to do them without shifting my feet or entire body. I can do full push-ups without any problems, but I just can't seem to get this move. Tips?

thanks.

Keep your feet wide to be able to maintain balance on three limbs. As wide as you need them to be. You could keep them narrower for the push-up itself, then widen them for the row, if you like.

Hi Finner! There is a very slight amount of body weight shifting going to the side of the non-lifting arm during the arm lifting phase of the movement. Also, focus on keeping your core strong and braced. You can also try doing the movement sequence slower if necessary until you develop the muscle memory for the stabilizing muscles. Balance is key for this exercise. Good luck!
