Cathe and firm rotations

Hi Everyone
I use Cathe's tapes for 8 weeks (PS series,MIS,Interval Max and MIC) but right now I'm using firm tapes till the new tapes comes(whenever that is!) Does anybody do this also?If so can you give me advices on how to use the firm tapes? All of them have weight training in it so should I use it everyday?Isn't that overtraining
because you are working the same muscle groups?

I have wondered how to combine them too

I have been using Cathe's tapes for quite awhile now and I absolutely love all of the tapes!! I have recently "rediscovered" the Firm. I never really got into the tapes because I wasn't sure I liked the classic workouts. I have just started using Firm Upper Body once a week, Cathe's PS Legs once a week, and Tough Tape 2 once a week (with Cathe's cardio and jogging in between). I wondered the same thing about overtraining since I wasn't totally sure what areas the Firm tapes would hit (I'm not familiar enough with my tapes to know them very well) so that I could plan my other workouts to not overwork the same parts. For now, I find it easier to use the Firm parts tapes (at least I know what I'm getting

) when I combine them with Cathe. I like the gym-style approach that Cathe uses. I'm more comfortable with that style I guess because I'm used to it! I'm curious about your question too. Sometimes I like to read the check-ins for ideas!

Cathe/FIRM

Hi,
I use both Cathe's tapes, the FIRM, Gin Miller, Tae Bo, and a few others. I usually will rotate my tapes something like this...
Mon and Tues -- a set of FIRM cross trainers or two FIRMS focusing on different muscle toning or more cardio, i.e. Tape 1 - Susan Harris (more muscle toning) and then Fatblaster or Tape 2 (Janet Jones Gretsky). So Monday is more strength and Tues. is more cardio. Wednesday I would choose a Cathe that was strenth training, i.e. MIS. and then Thursday Cathe's MIC. Friday, I would do whatever my little heart desired, probably more cardio. I figure, as long as I alternate cardio with strength, I am on the right track. I hope this helps. Let me know what you think! I think variety in workouts is a good thing!
