Last night I was showing my hubby some clips, when I showed him the firewalkers he asked if he could tape me the first time I do them for America's funnist videos! He knows me too well. So, you might want to watch out for me on the show working out with you. LOL.
He also said that he used to do the bomb divers during football pratice only they called them ice cream lickers!!! I like your name better! Just doesn't sound right to me. HEHE. ANyway can't wait for the new DVD's!!! Thanks for all that you do for us!

Too funny LD!

Yes, the firewalkers look a little funny when we combine them with the partial squat stance, but you'll need the laugh to balance out the "pain"}( My kids think they are hysterical and love to imitate me when I do them at home.

Regarding the "bomb divers"/ice cream lickers, ha...they are officially called DIVE BOMBERS but I like bomb divers better ;-) Just rolls off my tongue easier. In the end the results are the same.....TOUGH STUFF!!!!

The firewalker clip has inspired me to try a new thing with my bootcampers on Thursday... weights in hand, squatting, walks across the basketball court STAYING IN THE SQUAT... I can hear my yelling voice right now as I type, LOL!! }( }( }(
