My request...in one of your upcoming monthly rotations could you pretty please design a non-jogging/running rotation for us "pear" shaped people who have jiggly thighs??? I said non-jogging/running b/c many of us, me included, have some knee issues or days when we can't get out to run or don't belong to a gym to run indoors.
