<--- finished HSTA, if you can call that mess <--- just attempted a workout
<--- did okay with cardio, and maybe even fair on the arms, but the legs were a different story, in my case <--- think they are called sits and not get back ups!
<--- thanks for the info on the flats, I usually like a heal too, and it looks like the toes are all scrunched up

<---has caught up with some, but not all, picturetrails
<---took baby to doctor
<---was relieved it wasn't as bad as it could have been
<---says Greyor shows motions and muscle tone consitant with cerebral palsy, but he is continuing to improve
<---says he is at about a 3-4 month level of development
<---heard from sister and it's a mess in Vermont: Mom threw away her home insurance bill, so it was cancelled. DS is trying to find new insurance, but the house has an underground oil tank and no one wants to insure it. DS just had tank filled, because there was no hot water in the house, because the oil tank was empty. But, she may have found a home for Mom's elderly dog and now has hot water.
<---will be driving up to VT on Friday evening and coming home on Sunday
