I was reading you rposts about Freestyle training. How do you like it and do you think you are getting better results from this than lets say heavy 2x week leg training?Thank you
My feelings are that either can work. But my legs seem to bulk and at my age of 46 I am not interseted in building muscle in my legs, but as a pear shape I want to tone and define along with loosing some fat. So far I like my results alot. My running is getting faster and I feel my legs getting strong and firm.......Carole
