Carole - diet question for you

Hi Carole. I believe you said you got the best results when you did 2 rotations of P90X. Can you give me some additional details? Did you add additional cardio? Was that the time you started followng the Eat to Live concept? If not, what diet did you follow when you did this? Thanks!

Hi Lorrie...:)...I have to say I look at Eat To Live as a way of eating (for the rest of my life!), not really a diet. I did add additional cardio in running 3 times a week. I also would add 1 Cathe leg workout a week and sometimes one of the endurance based Cathe workouts once a week for my shoulders, biceps and triceps. I started my 1st P90X rotation at the same time as I started ETL. And although I don't follow ETL exactly now I am still a Vegan....hope this helps...:)...Carole
 
Carole, this is this second time I've read that you say that you don't follow ETL exactly. I do know that you're vegan so I'm curious to know how this differs from the book without me having to go pull it out again.

It doesn't differ that much. I just don't refer to all of ETL's guidelines. I still have a smoothie for breakfast most day's, I don't always have a salad for lunch but my dinners are still close to ETL. I have found you can still cheat and be Vegan...:)...Carole
