Carole and TLT's

Do you think these can be part of Freestyle ( not that I can do anything with a fractured foot that is. Well, I do get to watch moves that I can't do--what fun that is)? Do you have these or have you not bought them because they would not work well with Freestyle? Thanks as always,

Kate....you are making me laugh...:)...very sorry about the foot though...:(...I actually don't have TLT's and as I have not clicked on a TLT thread, I really don't know what they are...sorry I couldn't help...Carole
 
aaarrrggghhh...I don't mean to sound like a downer but I am bored with floor work. My butt wants to do lunges!!! Well, I can say that the biceps do appreciate the extra time allowance lately!!!!

I can imagine you are bored, at least your biceps are happy..:)...how much longer till you can do standing legwork?...Carole
 
ahh. Standing leg work should come around in 2-3 weeks. Yeah, dr, I understand that I am pushing 46 and I know that my body won't repair itself as if I were 20 years younger and I know I have to be patient but I don't want to be patient and the doctor justs looks at me and doesn't say anything because he doesn't really understand how important lunges are to a person's self image and all around good feeling because well, he just doesn't understand. Wait a minute, where am I going??
oh yeah, two to three weeks. I will be ulta flabby I just know it, I will look more like my 93 year old grandmother by the time I can get back to working out. I just gotta stop this kind of thinking. I just gotta stop, gotta stop.
You see the TLT don'have the endless squats and lunges that Cathe has and I just love the fact that she includes alot of that. When I work out, I want to go for it. So, I just figured that if you had tried them and reviewed them, then I could learn from you as usual. Thank you!!!!

Kate...I really can feel your frustration...I have had a few injuries myself that sidelined me too. But you won't get ultra flabby in 2-3 weeks!!! Really!....maybe someone that knows about the TLT's and freestyle will answer this thread for you...:)...Carole
 
but but but I look to you for advice since you have given me so much great advice in the past. Darn. I was hoping that you had done them and either tossed them to the side or put them in your rotation. They look easy but others say they are difficult. Your opinion is foremost and I know many others agree.
So glad I am no longer in college, I would have just figured this is another good reason to party the weeks away!
