Cardio

Cathe,
I have a questions about cardio. I have been using your muscle tonging and streghting videos(Powerhour, Muscle Endurance etc.)which I love and have been seeing great results. I love to run and and run 3.5 miles 3 days a week, but should I be changing up my cardio with some step(I do have your AllStep video and BodyMax)or some other form of cardio to shock the muscles?

Hi Cinnamon! A change is always good for the body. But if you are still getting great results with running and fully enjoy it, then continue with it. But if you do get to a point where you are feeling very little challenge with running, then definitely start inserting a different form of cardio (gradually). You never have to fully give up running though. Its important that your fitness program incorporate activities you love and will stick with.

Side Note: Even if you are still getting great results with running, it might behoove you to put in just one new form of cardio at least every other week just to keep you on top of your game. The body works much harder when some new focus is thrown it's way.
