Cardio X-tremely BAD workout

Oh, that's very interesting! Thanks for sharing that with us. And you're right. I have noticed that Cathe isn't doing a lot of static stretching in the new workouts!

Sweat 5-6 is probably my favorite P90Masters workout. It's a total body workout, circuit style, that allows for an effective workout in a short amount of time. It's definitely a keeper in my book.
