Cardio & Weight and/or Circuit workouts

Are these considered to be the same type of workout?

I have all of Cathe's DVD's and am thinking about doing a rotation that focuses primarily on cardio/weights in the same workout. I would also do a cardio in between. So, for example, my rotation would look like this:

Boot Camp
Low Max
Cardio & Weights
Kick Max
Rest

I would follow this pattern for about 4-6 weeks.

Has anyone done something similar and if so, what were your results?
 
To answer your first question...

A circuit work out actually alternates cardio segments with weight segments so that you will have a few of each alternating through out the work out. Then there are those work outs that incorporate both cardio and weights but do them in full one following the other..that is not considered a circuit work out though....

Sorry I can't help ya on the rotation part of it. I have such a hard time figuring out rotations myself still. :)
