I had my daughter three months ago and I am anxious to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. Are there any thoughts out there in regards to the fastest way to shed fat/pounds--cardio or weight training? I've heard that it's best to blast the fat/weight with cardio first then add weights after the weight comes off. I am breastfeeding and following the WW nursing mothers program (for the most part-I do have occasional slip-ups and I'm only losing about a pound a week. I have 16 pounds to go to pre-pregnancy weight. Right now I am doing both cardio/weights. Any thougts/experience on the subject?
