cardio no step involved

I can't find my Cathe listing of which program has cardio and no step involved?

Yes, I did a search and my eyes are bugging around so much stuff to look at.

Seems last night I saw a clip and she was moving on the floor really fast. Can ya help me?????

-Kick Max
-Kick, Punch and Crunch
-CTX Kickbox

Where step is not the dominate form of cardio:
(same as above plus
-10*10*10
-Cardio Kicks
-Maximum Intensity Cardio

I had that darn compendium and can't find it around the house or on the computer. I am so tired of reading and.... Well, that's what I was looking for. now that I found it,.. I know I won't be getting that one. I thought I'd like it but after viewing the rest of the dvd, I'm no peter pan.
