Oh Wow!
This was my first go with Cardio Fusion, and it was a "goodie!" I Loved it!!!
It's 80 minutes and quite a sweat-fest. I also like the sequencing, because I like to get the hardest stuff over with first. It was perfect for me because the LIC Bonus Combo starts off easy after the warmup and then ends with a blast which prepares you for the DM Drills. Then you get a little breather with the BM2 combos (while still keeping you heart rate up), before the BM2 power circuits--which aren't as hard as DM, which you already have out of the way!
Here's the breakdown:
BM2 warmup
LIC Bonus Combo
Drill Max Drills (all of them)
BM2 Finished Combos twice
BM2 Power Circuits
Stretch
Like I said, this was my first try with Cardio Fusion. And my heart-rate jumped higher than it ever has--yet it was so fun! It felt easier than Imax3 or the KickMax drills.
Here is my reading according to my Polar F4: Duration 1:22, In Zone 1:11, AvHr 160, MaxHr 183, Calories 721. I'm 5'2", 133lbs, 39 years old. I also used an 8" step for the entire workout. I'm sure the number won't be so high the next go-round, but this was a great first go.
Have Fun!
