Ok, i \was skeptical, but i did my 1st CC last night and i have to say 43 min flew by.I started out with #2. It was really good. You just have to know your 4 levels of heart rate zones.
Thanks for all that reccomended them..

Normally the teadmill was the most boring thing, but when you are cooling for the next sprint the time flies...
It is motivating.
Nice change up...
I had the tv on and never looked at it.

They are great workouts aren't they? Do you think doing them 2 times in a row would be overkill? I want to be ready for a 50 mile time trial and don't get out on the road much, but I want to build my stamina. Do you think I should add on 1 more sprint each time I do it? Just curious. Thank you for any ideas.
 
Catherine - my brother is a cycler (Lance Armstrong style)... he rides gazillon mile bike rides! Anyway, in the winter when he can't get out as much, he uses CC with his bike on a trainer. He really like using these workouts with his bike.
