Cardio Coach Volume 6 Candace

Is there a big difference between CC V6 with Sean and CC V6 with Candace? I have CC V6 with Sean (another great w/o), but would like to try V6 with Candace if it's totally different. Is it still available for purchase? I didn't see it offered on the CC website.

They are different, but use the same music. I happen to love CC#6 with Candace as it is SPRINT heavy and I LOVE sprints. CC#6 with Sean is also great...two very different workouts.

CC#6 Candace is no longer available on the CC site....I'm not sure if it is available on Candace's site...
