Was there a cardio coach rotation check-in somewhere? I thought I'd print it off...
My favorite CC rotation includes challenge 2 from volume 7 and challenge 3 from volume 8. I love the hills into sprints. It just makes sense in my head. Once you've climbed the hill, you will go fast down the other side.
BTW...is anyone else nervous about the intentions of the tribe waiting to greet you in Volume 2? Every time I do Volume 2 and hear the tribes are there to greet me, I am just hoping they aren't cannibals!!
