CArdio Coach rotation?

Maybe I'm just dreaming up stuff. I thought there was a post of different combos together? For Example

Day 1: CC1 warm up, CC2 challenges 2 & 3, CC4 challenge 3, CC5 cool down
Day 2: blah blah blah

Anything like that?!?!?

Hmmmmm.....haven't seen that but I've been known to be wrong:eek:

Maybe Michele will chime in here as she is our resident CC expert.

My favorite CC rotation includes challenge 2 from volume 7 and challenge 3 from volume 8. I love the hills into sprints. It just makes sense in my head. Once you've climbed the hill, you will go fast down the other side.

BTW...is anyone else nervous about the intentions of the tribe waiting to greet you in Volume 2? Every time I do Volume 2 and hear the tribes are there to greet me, I am just hoping they aren't cannibals:eek:!!

Carrie - that is my favorite CC combo, too!! I think those two challenges were meant to be together.

As for a CC rotation check-in, I've never seen one...:(

No, there's never been a CC check-in group on Cathe's forum that I know of, except for the Press Play Saturday group. A few of us check in on the CC forum but it tends to be pretty quiet over there.

There have been discussions in the many CC threads about how you can customize the workouts -- mixing and matching your favorite challenges. Maybe that's what you're thinking of.

I love the tribe, too, but my favorite challenges are the sprints in Vol 3, Vol 6 CH 1, Vol 7 CH 1, and Vol 8 CH 3. :D

I posted in October's CCPP thread about "my" version of it that I did since I was having technical difficulties getting CCPP onto my IPod. Perhaps you saw that?? It's not a regular thing though. Just something I decided to do that day. :)
