Just got back from Spring Break. I was on my "active recovery" week after Meso 1 of STS (brilliant timing on my part, eh?)
After some advice here in this forum, I downloaded several of Sean O'Malley's Cardio Coach workouts and used them at the resort gym. I must say that I LOVED them! I have never before been able to get through an hour on ANY cardio machine without constantly looking at the clock and having the time crawl by painfully. With these workouts the time flew by (I actually repeated challanges to increase my time on the machines), I worked harder than I have ever worked on a machine, and I felt so energized afterwards! I highly recommend them!
