Cardio Coach Recommendation...

Ok - I have a friend who is going to the gym with me on Sunday and I have been raving about the Cardio Coach workouts. She is going to borrow my son's IPOD to do one with me and I wanted your opinion on the BEST one to start her on to get her hooked. Not that any are better than the others - but you know what I mean.

I like the Press Play - but with some of the talk from the other dude that is not Shawn - I think some peeps can think it might be too much right at the start.

So - what would be the ONE workout you would do to 'hook' someone on Shawn. I know it only took one for me to be completely hooked and seeing all the reviews here. I have all of them but the first one I beleive.
 
The gang recommended #6 to me. I tried it and I really liked it. From what it sounds like, almost anyone of them are quite good. Have fun! You'll work harder than you think you can.
 
Another recommendation for volume 6. I have both Candace and Sean's version of vol. 6 and I love both, but Candace's workout is my favorite of the two.
 
I have PP and really love the workout. Although I enjoy the premise of the story behind the workout, it does get a bit yakky in spots. You just skip over it. No biggie. It is a fantastic workout.

I have them all and enjoy #3 (It is about 45 min.)

I also like #1 and #2 since they are a little shorter (if I remember correctly).

Maybe go with the length of time to see which one you should pick. You really can't go wrong! I am still amazed at how motivated I am to push harder each time I do these!
 
I second the idea of going by time unless she's looking for an hour, then I would just go with PP, which is my absolute favorite. I am MOTIVATED when I'm done with it. I'd simply explain to her the story behind the workout and I'm sure she'll like listening to all of the "yakking".
 
Thanks for the input everyone!!! I have the IPOD loaded with PP and Shawn's #6 as I havent tried that one yet. I am thinking a workout in the hour range.

I am excited to have her try them as cardio is not her favorite. I know these workouts have totally energized me to jump on those machines...
