Cardio Coach question

Hi. I'm new to the Cardio Coaches, and using them when I run outdoors. I want to do #4 tomorrow, and need to know how one does the "hill" challenges when doing an outdoor run. It looks like #4 has sprints and hills within the same challenge. How do I do the hill part of the challenge? I've done #3, and when it called for "hills" I essentially just sprinted; worked as hard as I could. But when hills and sprints are both in the same challenge, it would seem that I should do something different for the hill part. Any suggestions?

I'm not an outdoor runner (I use CC on my elliptical), but I've heard that some people do walking lunges during hill climbs. You might try searching on the VF forums. There's someone with an ID of Ooty who runs outdoors with CC and she may have posted something about it. Good luck -- I LOVE CC #4 -- it's one of my favorites:)
