Cardio Coach Press Play - Sat. June 30th

Oh no, you're not a weenie...well maybe you are but not for that -- lol! I get a little teary eyed every time I do CCPP -- every single time. There's a power, an unseen but deeply felt force that is unmistakable when you're doing this workout.

Can I just do a step workout, since I don't have CC, earphones, a treadmill, an elliptical etc. etc. and am feeling very sorry for myself and left out.:( :( :(

Seriously...I have to stop the madness! I just downloaded MORE iTreads.

Depending on what DF has planned (I am thinking more YardMax), I may join you guys with an iTread.
 
Robin, by all means, join us with a step routine!! It will make me smile to know that you're working out at the same time, even if you are doing step:). You should invest in an MP3 player since Cathe is planning to release audio workouts:p

Lori, that goes for you, too:) . But you really SHOULD buy CCPP, not that I'm trying to enable you or anything, but it's a great workout...really REALLY GREAT!:p
 
The guilt is too much!!! I can't do it!!! What if I don't like it as much as Grace? I am addicted to iTread (way more than iClimb).

Hi Guys! Can I do it today instead? I sooo want to do it with you all but have to be at a B-D party for my GK's tomorrow morn early. (No amount of coffee will get me on my Elli by 5:00 AM!) Yes, it's ME that Coach Sean mentions and I bawled my eyeballs out when I heard it the first time as he went down the list mentioning all who were participating in PP. I sooo was not expecting to hear my name! (Shell, you are NOT a wennie...if you are, so am I!) I just love the reason behind PP and it makes me teary-eyed every time I do it. I did it 5 Saturdays in a row...killer workout and YES, Gayle, go get it! You won't be sorry. I am babying a torn meniscus right now and cardio has been out of the picture for me the last 2 1/2 months but I got my DD's Elliptical a couple weeks ago and it seems to be working okay with my knee. (I haven't done an hour yet but I am going to give it a gooo.) Wish me luck. Have FUN everyone and "See you in the workout!"

Thanks Michele & Shell for thinking of me. I will prob be glad when I am done & thankful I won't HAVE to do it tomorrow morn! Ha! That way, I can be thinking of you ALL!! I promise I will be sending out good vibes your way tomorrow. I'll report back later. (If I survive!) KathyS...you in???
