Cardio Coach Press Play - Sat. June 30th

Michele, how did you know I would be in? Okay, ladies I will join you too. I'll be doing it on the bike. I am probably going to die because I haven't done 60 min of cardio since my knee surgery in March, but I need to start some time right? Do we have a time or just whenever we can fit it in? I am so excited!

I'd say whenever we can fit it in. I'll be doing it early because I have a bunch of people coming over at around 9 to dig a pond:)
 
Yea!! Karin's in!! We haven't discussed a time but I'm easy. I guess I'd prefer to do it in the morning sometime -- around 9? My elliptical is in my bedroom and I'll have to wait until DH gets up before I can workout.x(

ETA ROTFLMAO!! I just read Shelley's post. Whenever is good for me -- lol! I'll be doing it around 9. :7
 
I'm most definitely in :) Morningish around 9:30 or 10:00 for me, as I plan on sleeping in a bit on Saturday:+ :+ :+

GAYLE!!! You don't have it yet? Go immediately and buy it. Seriously. It's fabulous.:) Then you can do it with us tomorrow! The whole point of PP is that people do it together!
 
OK! Consider me enabled, arm-twisted! DONE! Plan is tomorrow morning, early, around 5:30am. Followed by BBC Total Body. Think I'll be able to MOVE tomorrow afternoon? LOL

HOORAY! I'll be on the TM around 7, maybe a bit earlier, followed by a day of digging and moving rocks, so we'll be in the same boat:)
 
Well I'll be joining my little training group, and we'll be meeting at 6:30 a.m. to walk 20 miles. I will be with you all in spirit, but since we cannot use headphones while on our 60-mile walk (and if we do and they catch us, we will be asked to leave the 3-day) we are training without them as well. But I will be with 3 other ladies coming in about a 13:50 mile for 20. So we'll be walking just under 5 hours. I do LOVE PP! Have fun everyone!

Christine and Gayle, I'm so glad you'll be joining us! Gayle, you won't regret your purchase -- CCPP is the most motivating cardio workout I've ever done. The time will fly by -- trust me -- this from a woman who detests cardio;)

Okay, this may be just me, but does anyone else get kind of choked up at the beginning when he talks about "you're doing this workout with blah blah in Australia, so-and-so in India..."? Or am I just a weenie?
 
No, Shelley, it's not just you! I do too! I think to myself "Wow, I bet there really is someone, somewhere out there, who is doing this same workout right now!" And it's a really cool thought! :D
