Cardio Coach frequency question...

Does anyone do Cardio Coach workouts 2 days in a row?

I'm really tempted to because I'm addicted ;-) , but didn't think it was wise to do HIIT 2 days in a row. I do the workouts on a stationary bike if that matters.

Please say I can...please say I can...}(

I think it would be okay. You could really push on one day and make it HIIT, but then back off a little on the second day and just go for a good, solid workout. How's that?

Although not quite sure I can guarantee that I'd back off on the second day...}( !!!!
 
I normally skip a day in between workouts, but if you feel good and you're up to it, then go for it! Just pay attention to how you're feeling and back off if you exhibit signs of fatigue.
