Hi Guys,
I keep seeing posts asking about the best way to lose weight - with answers like cardio 4-5 days, circuit or weight training 2-3 days.. something to the sort. I'm fairly new to Cathe and only have the Power + CD and Circuit Max/Cardio Kicks. My question is, when I do body max there's some weight training worked in there - same with circuit max. Does that not count as what people are recommending for 'weight training' because it's higher repetition therefore targeted more for endurance? Would Power Hour or MIS count as weight training? Or am I missing out by not doing PS or S&H or Pyramids. Granted I know I'm fairly new to this and that even endurance training with weights will give me strength training - but moving forward is that enough? Currently I'll do body max, MIS, circuit max, etc. - some form of that each week. I 'feel' like I'm doing weight training (because of weights being involved, of course
) - but is that what any of you consider weight training?
Thanks in advance for your advice, you all are the greatest.
