Cardio Barre vs. Physique 57

I usually run 3-4 days a week with strength training or circuit/interval training 2 days a week (and it's usually a kick a$$ Cathe DVD). I wanted to add one of these workouts to my repertoire. I've done The Bar Method, but that seemed too focused on legs for me. I'm looking for something that will work both upper and lower body and get my heart rate up so I feel like I had a great workout.

Can someone please give me info on either or both of these particular workouts?

I have both of these, but I would recommend Booty Barre over both of them for a nice upperbody section, and a bit of cardio. I do work up a sweat on parts of this.
 
I love Booty Barre it is a great workout. I also like P57 volume 1. I find Tanya to be funny. I like the express workout a little more than the classic but they are both awesome. I have a Cardio Barre but have not tried it yet. It's on my pile to be tried dvds. There is quiet a few in that pile. :eek:

Thank you Jenn. I've been eying P57 and Cardio Barre as well. I have quiet a collection as well and am trying to get more bang for my buck! Plus, I'm running out of space to store the DVDs.
 
I have P57 and really like it and I felt that I saw results, especially my legs thinning out, rather quickly. I also really like the music. Would like to try the new P57 (volume 2) but I'm saving my money for Cathe's new series.

I have CardioBarre, and I like the workout a lot, but I find the instructor super annoying and the music very cheesy. I'm definitely checking out Booty Barre! Thanks for the recommendation! Can't wait for Cathe's barre workout to come out!!!! :D

I was thinking about Booty Barre! Did you get one?
