I usually run 3-4 days a week with strength training or circuit/interval training 2 days a week (and it's usually a kick a$$ Cathe DVD). I wanted to add one of these workouts to my repertoire. I've done The Bar Method, but that seemed too focused on legs for me. I'm looking for something that will work both upper and lower body and get my heart rate up so I feel like I had a great workout.
Can someone please give me info on either or both of these particular workouts?
