Alright, I know I am way behind the times on this and there are probably several threads already on the excitement of the upcoming ICE!
I will be honest, the moment I saw another series from Cathe was coming, I ordered, without even reading what it was about. I just adore her and her workouts so much, I knew I would get good use no matter the description. I had seen updates, but never read up on anything or watched the clips.
Well, I am looking at the clips now and reading up on the series - I am so excited! I always type up every possible workout/timesaver in an easy to read spreadsheet for me and categorize it into upper/lower/cardio/entire/abs/etc. (I am a nut...)
Cathe and the crew look extremely strong and cut in this series. I like to watch their body transformations depending on the series. (Xtrain - they were all mighty powerhouses of muscle, Hardcore/STS - they were all strong and lean, etc.) I seem to get the same results as the crew (to a lesser extent), so am really looking forward to this series. And Jai's shoulders/back look awesome!
Their outfits are super cute, which makes me kind of wish I wore clothes while working out in my home. The music sounds fun, and there is a plethora of premixes.
I end my current rotation in 2 weeks, I hope it arrives by then. Are the workout sheets and calendar program posted yet?
