Can't read Cathe's sticky!!

Hello - There is a "sticky" posted by Cathe at the beginning of the "Fit Moms Pregnancy and Postpartum" Forum called: "Hi Mommies To Be" In the sticky, there is a message from Cathe inside & there is a link inside for you to click on that is suppposed to tell about what kind of exercise is appropriate during pregnancy. This link is no longer working, and I would REALLY like to read it! When you click on the link, instead of showing the information about exercise, it just goes back to the list of forums.This is a copy of the link:

Does anyone know how to get to the exercise during pregnancy info?

Ha, I was going to cut & paste if for you....but I couldn't open it either. Maybe you could ask SMN on "Ask Cathe" forum? The modarator doesn't show up much over here.
