Can't Login

STS is due to be delivered today and I'd really like to print my workout cards so I can get started. I've only been able to login once since I signed up months ago. It freezes on the "One Moment Please". I've cleared the cache, cleared the cookies, tried it on Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari, tried it on my work computer (PC), it on my home computer (Mac), turned off all my security settings and still nothing.

I still can only login on my PC at work. I still can't login on my home computer (mac) on firefox or safari. It sucks because I forgot to print my workout cards at work today and I can't make it work at home. I either have to wing it or do something else:(

That error report doesn't really help very much. I would first make sure you have cookies enabled on your home pc and that java is up to date. Then you have to look at your security software or firewall. You may also have a corrupt cookie on your PC for us that needs to be deleted. This may have to be done manually. You know your password and user id work since you can access from work, so you just have to figure out why you're having a problem with your home pc.

My home computer is a mac. I have no security software installed and no firewall. I've deleted all cookies, emptied the cache, turned off all the security settings, and installed the updates for both firefox and safari. It's still not working. When I put in the username and password, it logs me in, but where the content of the page is supposed to be is blank. The tabs are at the top of the page, but clicking on them doesn't do anything. It also has the videos and links at the bottom of the page. But where it's supposed to have the date, today's workouts, my progress and all that stuff, it's just blank.

It sounds like perhaps you don't have java or java scripts enabled. Can you check by going to Safari preferences and then go to the security tab. Then make sure java and java script are both enabled. Let me know if this does the trick.

I have a question...on 5-12-09 you said that "Fixed it. I had to turn off all of my security settings. Was this your home PC or Work PC?
