Can't delete workout icon

In testing out the XTrain workout cards in Workout Manager, I clicked save and print. The print feature didn't work, but it did place the icon in my calendar, but no information about the icon on the right side. I can't delete the extra icon, nor can I move it. This is on Tuesday 1/22. The icon I can't remove is "XT1CBS."

I have the same problem. I have 100 rep max icons in places they shouldn't be and I can't remove them.
