Can't believe I just did this!

I ordered two VHS tapes and one DVD with two workouts on it. All on weight training. Legs and Glutes, Lean Legs, and Pyramid - upper and lower. Now I have to go get a stability ball and stuff. Like I really need to spend this $$. But who cares??? These legs are going to burn!}(
 
I'm getting the Pyramids this weekend on the road trip! And some other stuff too. Though I haven't decided what yet.:)

You are going to love them!! I've noticed such a big difference in my legs since I stopped using the machines at the gym and only do Legs and Glutes and LB Pyramid now. I've added more cardio too and the legs and glutes are coming along nicely...finally!!! I know what you mean about the $$$, I think we all do..haha But I look at it like it's better to spend our hard-earned money on this than something that isn't good for us. Trust me your legs and glutes are going to burn!! Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

I am doing basically the same thing. Cardio, L&G's & PLB. Do you have a schedule or anything? I was just wondering since you say it is working for you. I just started a few weeks now and am trying to see if it's gonna work or not. Thanks.

Pyramid upper and lower are awesome workouts. I have LL on vhs but I want to get it on dvd. It cose like 89.99 though. Are all the ctx workouts worth it? Legs and glutes are rough!!! but love it.

Good for you! :) I also want LL but not sure if I want to spend all that money on the CTX series. I wish it could be bought seperately.

I'm only to happy to share..For the past month this has been my schedule and it's really working on slimming my legs. I tend to build muscle on them quickly but have a hard time getting the top layer of fat off...but this is helping.

Monday: Step Blast or SJP(all cardio premix) + Segment 1 of Coremax
Tues: Legs & Glutes + 40 min. Elliptical Trainer (80-85% max H.R.)
Wed: KPC + Upper Body weights at gym
Thurs: Pyramid lower body + 40 minutes Elliptical Trainer
(80-85% max H.R.(for me) + Segment 2 of Coremax
Friday: IMAX 2 or Bootcamp + Timesave Legs & Glutes
Sat: Run on Treadmill 30 min. + Upper Body weights at gym +
Pilates
