Cannot play On Demand Pure Strength Back, Biceps & Abs

I have no issues with any other Cathe OnDemand workouts, including the other PS segments. I cannot get individual chapters to play as an alternative. I have cleared my cache, tried switching browsers, lowering the HD setting...nothing works. All necessary plug-ins and extensions are enabled and downloaded to play videos on my computer. I am using Chrome Browser on my Toshiba laptop, running Windows 8.1. Here is the error msg. I get:

Error loading media:
File could not be played

I get the same message on it as well but the others play ok
