Hello.

Every time I try to install the Workout Blender, I get this message:

"The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author."

Please help....anyone?

Hello Jessica,

I think that because our installer was created before Apple required certificates, it might be causing OS X Mavericks to stop the installation. Here is something to try to see if it allows you to install the Workout Blender:

1. Go to your Apple Menu and choose "System Preferences..."
2. Click on "Security & Privacy"
3. Make sure "General" is selected at the top of the panel, then click on the lock at the bottom where is says "Click the lock to make changes."
4. Type the password that you use to log into your computer, or the one set up for your account to allow the changes.
5. Where it says "Allow apps downloaded from:", click on "Anywhere"
6. You will have to reverse this process after installing the app, so remember this process so you can go back and click on the setting that was selected before you changed it.
7. Try to install the Workout Blender.
8. If installation is successful, open the Workout Blender.
9. Go back and change the setting to its original setting in steps 1-5.

This should allow you to install it and run it. Please let me know how it works for you.
