cannot access workout blender all of a sudden

I already emailed customer service but in the mean time, can anyone help?
I am an on-demand and cathe live subscriber. My account is good. I can access all on demand videos as well as Cathe Live but I cannot seem to access the workout blender all of a sudden. Its asking my to sign up and purchase. I am already signed in. I tried logging out and logging back in but nothing. This is the first time I could not access the blender. Please help!

Hi Sweetmelissaphoto, I just went into the Workout Blender and it worked fine for me. Hopefully you will get it going soon....
you might try clearing your browser cache, sometimes that helps to "get things going again".....

Thank you Aqua girl! I tried from another computer in the house and the same thing. It looks like my account doesn't give me access to the blender, but I should have access, and I always have. Not sure why all of a sudden.
